Assistance Every Step Of The Way

New Customer Onboarding Process

Changing laundry supplier can be a daunting processThe perceived risks and disruption that can potentially occur often prevents a business from making that switch - often 'making do' with an inferior laundry service instead.

We understand this reticence.

We can guide you through every step of the process of changing laundry supplier, or organising your linen requirements for the first time. We love talking laundry so will be happy to supply you with as much information as you require in order to help you decide the best options for your business. 

We will then keep you informed with progress updates until your new laundry is installed.  We can ensure replacing your existing linen is a seamless transition and can help you manage this process if required.

We have developed a simple and effective onboarding approach to ensure each customer has a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Accommodation Linen Onboarding Process

Fact Finding

  • We record the number of beds & their sizes

  • Assess average change overs per week

  • How many deliveries are required per week

  • We talk through linen and towel designs

Proposal

  • We submit our proposal for your perusal

  • Details include amount of stock, unit prices and any other charges

  • Your current usage figures can be inserted to compare your current and proposed weekly costs​

It's a Date!

  • If you have all of the information you require and wish to proceed,  we will email the agreement

  • We can then agree a target installation date

  • You sign & return the agreement 

  • We can then set up your account and order the stock

Preparation

  • The dedicated route driver will visit to familiarise himself with the delivery requirements including drop off points and perform a routine risk assessment

  • Once arrived, your new stock will be processed and packed into hampers, fully labelled with the contents to ensure a user friendly experience

Installation

  • We will agree the date & time of your new laundry delivery - usually 24 hours before your previous supplier removes all of their linen

  • If it is more practical for you, we can split this into 2 or 3 deliveries or once all previous linen has been removed from your premises to avoid confusion

Aftercare

  • We will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or deal with any unexpected issues

  • You will receive useful posters to explain how our system works and guidance on ensuring your linen remains in optimal condition

  • You will also be suppled with laundry sacks and stationery
